This guide is for applicants to explain how to submit applications, renew subscriptions, and important considerations.

I. Application Process (New Applications)

  1. Access the application page: Navigate to /gift (login required to display the application form).

  2. Select domain order and fill in the application reason.

  3. Submit your application and you will be redirected to the progress page where the system will sequentially complete:

    • HTTP accessibility check (status code and response time)
    • AI content analysis
    • Compliance verification (rating, type, domain, etc.)
  4. After approval, an code will be generated:

    • You can view the code in "My Applications"
    • Use "Code in Cart" to quickly add to your shopping cart and complete activation

II. Renewal Process (Subscription Renewal)

  1. Within the allowed renewal window (starting 1 days before expiration), you can initiate a renewal application.
  2. "My Applications" Click "Request renewal" and follow the same approval process as a new application.
  3. Upon approval, the system will automatically renew your existing order and generate a new invitation code record.

III. Important Notes

  • Public Showcase: Approved sites may appear in the public showcase.
  • Impact of Voting: Up/Down votes in the showcase affect rewards and penalties. Ensure your site content complies with policies, is accessible, and provides good user experience.
  • Cooling Period: After submitting an application  (3 days) ,a cooling period will be triggered during which you cannot submit another application.
  • Daily Domain Limit: There is a limit on the number of submissions per domain per day .
  • Renewal Window: You must apply for renewal within 1 days before expiration. Applications submitted too early will not be accepted.
  • Invitation Code Validity: Invitation codes generated from new applications are valid for 1 day, so please use them promptly.
