System Rules

1. Creation Permissions

  • Only Active Product Users Can Create Codes: Users without an active product cannot generate invitation codes.
  • Limit: Each user can create a maximum of 3 invitation codes.

2. Usage Rules

  • New User Restriction:

    • One-Time Use Only: New users can use an invitation code only once. After use, the code becomes invalid permanently.
    • 30-Minute Registration Window: The new user must register and place their first order within 30 minutes of account creation. Otherwise, the discount will not apply.

  • Creator Benefits:

    • After a new user successfully registers and uses the code, the creator can reuse the same code to register a domain name (e.g., for renewal or new registration).

Step-by-Step User Flow

How New Users Use an Invitation Code

  1. Add Product to Cart -Browse the store and add the desired product(s) to your cart.

  2. Enter the Invitation Code

  3. Activate the Discount

    • Click the “Use Now” button.
    • The system will automatically apply the exclusive discount.

  4. Other Discounts Are Cleared

    • If any other discount codes (e.g., coupons, gift vouchers) exist in the cart, they will be automatically removed to ensure no overlapping discounts.

  5. Complete Checkout

    • Proceed to checkout with the discount already applied. Your exclusive offer is now locked in!

 Warm Tips

  • For New Users:

    • Invitation codes only work for first-time orders by newly registered users. Existing users cannot reuse them.
    • If the code is invalid or expired, contact the creator for an updated code.

  • For Creators:

    • After a successful referral, you can reuse the same code for domain-related actions (e.g., renewal).

Business Process

Creator’s Workflow

  1. Login → Verify you have an active product.
  2. Go to “Invitation Code Management”.
  3. Create an invitation code (up to 3 per user).
  4. Share the code with friends via WeChat, email, etc.
  5. Track Status: After a new user uses the code, you can view the status in your dashboard.
  6. Domain Benefit: Upon successful referral, reuse the code for a domain action.

 

 

New User’s Workflow

  1. Register a new account (must be ≤30 minutes old at time of purchase).
  2. Add product(s) to cart.
  3. Input the creator’s invitation code.
  4. Click “Activate Now” → Discount applies instantly.
  5. Proceed to checkout to finalize the order.

After Use: The invitation code becomes permanently invalid. The creator receives a domain-name benefit.

❗ Important Notes

  1. Active Product Requirement: Without an active product, no invitation codes can be created.

  2. Priority of Codes: Invitation codes override all other discounts. The system auto-clears any existing coupons or vouchers.

  3. New User Definition:

    • The user must complete their first order within 30 minutes of registration.
    • Failure to do so voids the discount eligibility.

  4. Creator Reuse:

    • For each successful referral, the creator can reuse the same code for one domain-name registration/renewal.
